FreeAgent - trialing

Hello, I hope someone can advise. Having used Sage for many many years I have decided I need to catch up with the world. FreeAgent has caught my eye and I am trying to make it work for me and my business.

I own and run a hotel business. In Sage I have Nominal codes set up which work for me and my accountant. I cannot find what I believe are suitable equivalents in FreeAgent. Im not an accountant and those bits go over my head.

As an example I have a Sage nominal code 7102 - Business/Water Rates/Waste, similarly 7200 - Electricity/Gas, In Sage these are grouped under the 'Overheads' category. In FreeAgent do I put them in 'Cost of Sales' or 'Admin Expenses' Categories.

Any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks

If sage has been working for you and your accountant, why change? Answer still the same though.
