I have input a jnl, put a date on it, put db and cr entries, but when I come to save it , it is asking me for valid department reference? How do directors who have low/salary/high divs manage to claim tax credits as well? As dividends have to be declared as part of income this puts most high earners out of the bracket to be able to claim, yet I have heard that many do. Can anyone shed any light?
