Hi there -one of my clients has registered for VAT and has opted to use the Flat Rate Scheme, but I can't see where in enter that in Sage, or where to put the rate (11% in her case, discounted to 10% for the first year). All help greatly received. Thanks.

I have been reading this forum for long time. I notice that there are so many people have questions about Sage whilst not so many ask about other software like TAS, QB,OP. Is it because Sage has overwelming users? Or because Sage is not a user-friendly software?

I set up a new code under 'Settings/Configuration/COA, and then 'apply' and 'save'. But when I try to find it when I post an invoice, it's not there! Have I done anything wrong? I'm sure I'm allowed to add new code if I need. Many thanks
