Hi all, I have a ltd co which was previously dormant, this will be the first active accounts. When filling ch accounts do I need to tick that this is the co 1st set of accounts?. Unsure as it is the first live accounts but not the first accounts as such!!!

Do I need to do an online ML check for a client (partnership) whom I am already aquainted with, know where they live, have visited them at their office address and have their driving licenses/passports? All seems like overkill just for doing their vat returns.
