Legal implications
(Preview)
I'm after a bit of advice. Someone I work for asked me a while ago to fudge his wages to show a higher pay, for a mortgage which I refused to do. He then got his dad who owns the business to give him a wage rise to show higher earnings. Where do I stand with knowing about the fact that this is going on and he will be...

A client asked me today if a foreign company is allowed to own the shares in a uk limited company. I have never been asked this before but I am guessing that it is ok. WhatIi am confused about is how any dividend distributions made by the company are dealt with if the company that owns the shares is outside...

I have been reading back through lots of the older posts on this forum and other similar forums and there are lots of posts about Ltd Company v Sole Trader.
